Shipping policy

 

All orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped on the same day unless stated otherwise (excludes public holidays and weekends). 

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).

AUS DELIVERY

Free Express shipping for orders over $175 AUD.

Spend $175 or less? 

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 AUD while Express is 15 AUD.

Delivery timeframes – Australia 

Regular orders: ETA 2-7 business days.

Express orders: ETA 1-3 business days.

Orders are sent via Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

All international orders are shipped via Aus Post or DHL Express. 

Please note that there may be duties and taxes levied on your shipment in your destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges.
