Noemi - Brow Primer (50ml)

This primer helps create the most gorgeous skin stain if used before dye application. Perfect for longevity. This even helps skin staining on clients who use active ingredients or are on skin altering medications where the dyes don't grip onto the skin as much which is a BIG DEAL as I'm sure most of my fellow brow artists would know how troublesome this can be!

This primer is a must have in my kit. It helps clean the skin prior to dye/tint application and helps to give a nice skin stain. 10/10!
